Do you ship drinkingware outside of Canada and the US?
No. We currently ship only within Canada and the United States to ensure fast, reliable delivery for all drinkware products.
How can I track my drinkware order?
When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your package in real time.
Can I change or cancel my order after purchasing?
If your order has not yet been processed, you may modify or cancel it. Please contact us immediately for assistance.

Are your drinkingware items dishwasher-safe?
Some items are dishwasher-safe. Some products require hand washing to maintain their quality. Please refer to the care instructions provided.
Is your drinkingware BPA-free and safe for hot beverages?
Yes. All our products are made from BPA-free, food-safe materials. Most products suitable for both hot and cold drinks unless stated otherwise.
