We want you to love your new drinkingware as much as we loved creating it. While we normally don’t accept returns, we do take damaged orders very seriously.
If you're unsure about an item before purchasing, we’re more than happy to provide extra descriptions, or details—just reach out! We want you to feel confident in what you're buying.
If Something Arrives Damaged
If your items show up damaged, don’t worry — we’ve got your back.
Please reach out to us (info@nestware.ca) within 15 days of receiving your order and include:
- A photo of the damaged item(s)
- Your order number
- A quick note about what went wrong
Once we take a look and confirm the damage, you can choose one of the following solutions:
1. Refund to Your Original Payment Method
We’ll send your money right back where it came from. No hoops to jump through.
2. A Free Replacement
Prefer a do-over? We’ll resend the same item at no extra charge, shipping included.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we cannot accept returns for reasons other than damage. That means no returns for “just changed my mind” or “my cousin doesn’t like the color.”
